About Me.
ROKHAYA FALL, LCSW, MPH
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently licensed in Washington DC and Georgia with over a decade of experience working in mental health. My career has been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges through compassionate and effective treatment. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex life transitions, particularly women of color from the Diaspora.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in strength-based practices, and I use a variety of evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Feminist Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I am deeply committed to helping my clients build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I believe in the interconnectedness of mental health, wellness, and lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, yoga, and meditation.
As a professional with a deep understanding of cultural nuances, my approach is also informed by my experience in international public health, where I have coordinated programs and provided consultation to diverse communities. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to grow and heal, guiding them through their journey toward better mental health and well-being.
